About Annie Mosbaugh Knapp

Annie is a lifelong north side Indianapolis resident, where she bought and renovated numerous homes before moving to Carmel and deciding to make real estate her career. A graduate of Brebeuf Preparatory School and Indiana University School of Journalism, she worked in television news for WISH-TV, then in communications for many organizations, including The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and the Eiteljorg Museum. Her innate knowledge of north side Indianapolis and Carmel neighborhoods makes her a great resource, and as a former journalist, communication with her clients is of the utmost importance.

Annie now resides in Carmel’s Village of West Clay with her two college-age children and a westie-bichon. She is also the managing editor of Sophisticated Living Indianapolis magazine and the Sophisticated Giving Charity Register, and is a founding board member of Symponia, an organization that utilizes equine therapy with rescued wild mustangs to help troubled foster and adopted youth.
