Hailing from the Chicago area, Carrie embarked on her real estate journey following her graduation from Purdue University. Her career as a Realtor® began in 1996 in Carmel, Indiana, where she partnered with a local builder, setting the foundation for her deep expertise in new construction and luxury real estate.
Carrie’s professional trajectory took a significant leap in 2000 when she played a pivotal role in launching a real estate brokerage, which eventually expanded to 16 locations nationwide. In 2015, she reached another milestone by founding an independent luxury real estate consulting firm, The Carrie Holle Group, in the vibrant Carmel Arts and Design District. Today, she leads the #1 Midsize Team in Indiana in sales volume, specializing in luxury properties for buyers, sellers, and developers.
Under her leadership, The Carrie Holle Group has expanded nationally, developing strategic partnerships in Chicago and Atlanta while maintaining its top-ranked position in Indiana. With a deep understanding of market trends, she also specializes in assisting developers and builders with both consulting and sales, ensuring seamless execution and maximum return on investment.
